I almost barfed during the explosion scene. That horribly painful "My hero!" expression after she sees Chuck hauling Shaw from the fire was ridiculous compared to that wonderful moment in "Chuck vs. The Best Friend" where Sarah almost collapses at the apparent death of Chuck.
