make me kind. "Nice" is often artificial, a persona adopted to maximize social approval. "Nice" often disguises feelings of judgment and a lack of openness, or even outright hostility. Kindness, on the other hand, emerges from a genuine benevolence toward others, and a true regard for the difficulties and struggles they face simply by merit of being human.
