Ever since 2×22, the writers are telling the same story, finishing it off what will now be 6 different ways. The only thing that has changed in all of this, is the B plot is becoming more defined, but the A plot is sort of stuck in high gear.

A Plot: The normal guy becomes a hero.
B Plot: The normal girl is found in a hero.
